LPS Solutions Team
LPS Solutions was founded by Lael Sturm in 1999. We are a virtual agency which
means that we do not maintain a staff but have access to a roster of professional
service providers who are added to projects as they are needed. Over the years
our team has evolved but the core objectives have remained the same- to provide
high quality, professional services at a reasonable cost. We call on a diverse
group of consultants and other specialists to provide customized services to fit our
clients' needs. By not keeping a staff we are able to offer highly focused services
while keeping the prices competitive. We have immediate access to attorneys,
accountants, graphic designers, web developers, traffic analysts, investment
bankers, programmers, brand marketers, event planners and more. Please

Lael Sturm, MBA
Lael is an experienced media and marketing professional with contacts and
resources that cut across traditional industry lines. He earned an MBA at
Columbia Business School before returning to his native San Francisco. While in
New York Lael did promotions for MTV Interactive and founded a successful
record label. Lael has been involved with several major media companies
including Volcano (a division of BMG Music) and Interscope Records (a division of
Universal Music Group). He has maintained close relationships with contacts in
the media world as well as bankers, attorneys and other professionals he has
worked with throughout his career.
Before moving to New York Lael did production for CNET as well as several other
Internet businesses in San Francisco. He started his career as a music-booking
agent in Los Angeles.
Lael lives with his wife and daughter in San Francisco and works with clients all
over the United States.
