Below are several examples of the work we do.  Some of our clients prefer to
remain anonymous so company names were not used.  
Case One- Market Analysis, Strategic Advising
A successful Internet services company was concerned about losing market share in their
rapidly growing segment.  While they had been busy running their business, several direct
competitors had innovated and grown their customer base by adopting new marketing
strategies.  LPS Solutions was contracted to prepare an industry analysis and make
recommendations based on the findings.  Since completion the company has implemented the
first round of LPS Solutions' recommendations and has reported 21% growth in new users as
well as an 18% increase in customer retention.  

Case Two- Web Development, E-Commerce, Search Engine Optimization
An aspiring entrepreneur approached us about building his company from the ground up.  He
had a good idea, some start-up capital and experience in his field so we sat down with him.  
The plans called for a robust e-commerce platform coupled with a clean, simple web site to sell
hundreds of thousands of specialty items to a discerning group of skilled professionals.  Our
development team worked with him to draw up parameters for the project.  After a great deal of
planning, a development shop was hired and the site was built with Search Engine Optimization
in mind.  Since launch additional marketing resources have been mobilized to attract and retain
customers.  The site continues to grow and has been an overwhelming success.  

Case Three- Demographic Analysis, Affiliate Programs, Sales program development
When a mid-sized web site was looking to add incremental income we came up with a unique
strategy for them to test the value of their advertising inventory.  We researched their
demographic profile and identified their likely site visitors as young, urban males and females
with a love for music and gadgets.  We enrolled the site in several affiliate programs* and
posted banners throughout the site.  Many of the banners were popular with the site's users and
the income generated from the affiliate program allowed them to set a value on each page
featuring an advertisement.  Armed with that knowledge the company confidently approached
paying advertisers and was able to sell space throughout the site.  

*Affiliate Programs- Thousands of companies (including some of the biggest: Amazon, DirecTV,
Ebay) pay a bounty to other sites that send them customers.  The concept is simple and
extremely profitable for both parties.  Another advantage is that it allows web sites, like our client,
to get into the advertising business without hiring an ad sales team.  Below is a sample affiliate

Case Four- Google Key Words, Site Optimization
Some large companies have been slow to embrace the Internet as a direct selling tool.  One
such company was valued at close to a billion dollars offline but was ill equipped to compete
online.  They had money to spend but no one on staff who was qualified to spend it.  LPS
Solutions acted as their Online Marketing Department for several months; setting up and
managing Google AdWord advertising programs and offering advice on web site user interface
and Search Engine Optimization.
